Class Descriptions

Total Body Burn

Get in, burn a ton of  calories, and get on with your day. Who can't find 30 minutes for that? This is a high-intensity interval training class and each session works your upper body, lower body, core and cardio. Are you game? Come join us!

Total Body Burn DROP-IN

New Class Format! We're offering our same, great Total Body Burn small group sessions, but now with a drop-in circuit to help cater to everyone's various, busy schedules! Come by Monday or Wednesday evenings between 4:30 and 7:30 pm (last circuit starts at 7), and get an awesome 30-minute, total body workout! A trainer will take you through the circuit the first time to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly (or provide modification for any aches, pains or injuries you may have), and then you will complete the rest of the circuit on your own as many times as you can within 30 minutes. When you are done, the trainer will show you stretches for the muscles you worked, and you'll be on your way! Come try it out, and bring a friend to join you!


Want to sculpt your abs and shape your butt all in one class? Then this class is for you! try out this fully functional class that opens your hips, strengthens your glutes, tightens your core, and reduces injuries. Come experience mat work that rocks your world! *Please note this is a ONE HOUR class*


A different kind of strength class that pushes your muscles to the max! Tempo training is hot right now, and we take basic strength moves and break them down into 2, 4 and 8 counts. Building stamina and endurance like never before!

Core & Restore

30 minute core strengthening and mind/body restorative session. Join us for core exercises that will help develop and maintain your core (360 degrees around the center of your body), which is the foundation for all aspects of daily living. After pinpointing all planes of your core, we will slow down for a restorative session to reconnect your mind and body through meditative positions. We will hold class postures for 3-5 minutes, and incorporate balancing moves to help prevent future falls and enhance fall recovery muscles when you do stumble.

Themes of the class will focus on the functional core exercises, which will progress from the beginning level, to the ninja warrior level. Plan on 15-18 minutes of intense, focused core work. The remaining time will be devoted to stretches, balance poses and meditative postures to bridge the mind/body connection (awareness) and creating the space for you to be gentle and nurturing to your body. This is a great class to complement Total Body Burn! Bring a towel, water and a yoga mat if you have one (no problem if you don't).

Core Express

Only have 30 minutes? Perfect! We will shed fat from your abdominal muscles, sculpt your back muscles, and of course slenderize your oblique muscles. Blast fat and attack your core in a half an hour. It doesn't get better than that! This class meets every other Friday after Total Body Burn.
