Class Descriptions

Total Body Burn

Get in, burn a ton of calories, and get on with your day. Who can’t find 30 minutes* for that? This is a high-intensity interval training class and each session works your upper body, lower body, core and cardio. Are you game? Come join us! *Weekend TBB classes are 45-minutes.

Monday Madness

Get a little off track on your health and fitness goals over the weekend? Not a problem! Come burn off the extra calories with a full body workout - you'll get a little agility training, strength, cardio, and flexibility all in one! You'll work either your muscles that push or your muscles that pull, it will alternate each week but will ALWAYS be you glad you came!

Tough Love Tuesday

Core, hips, and limbs, oh my! A full body workout, mixing muscle integration with some brief cardio bursts. Includes a brief warm-up and 5-10 minutes of basic stretching/cool down. You'll work the opposite muscles than you did in Monday Madness, so come to both!

BS & T

Yep, that's Blood, Sweat & Tears...minus the blood and tears ☺. Think of it as a happy hour of sorts, a great way to end your week. You'll get 30 hardcore minutes of functional might be all core, all cardio, or a little of both if you are really lucky. You won't know until you get here, but you'll be revived and ready to start your weekend when you leave!

Cardio Pump

A cardio strength class that utilizes free weights, mainly barbells, to perform resistance exercises and workouts in PBY small group style - all completed to awesome upbeat music mix tracks. This class ranges from 30-60 minutes, please check the schedule.
